How much is shipping to the USA?
We offer free shipping to the USA on order of $70 or more. For orders under this threshold, there’s a flat shipping fee of $15 per order. To qualify for free shipping, your order must be shipped to a valid address within the United States and must meet the $70 minimum order value before taxes and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. Please note that free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US territories, and additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply to certain products or destinations. How much is international shipping?
We offer a flat International shipping fee of $15 per order. If you have any questions or concerns about international shipping, please contact our customer service team for more information. They will be able to provide you with an accurate quote for shipping based on your specific order and destination.Customs, taxes, tariffs, and duty fees may be applied to international orders upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by the importing country and are based on the total value of the order. We are unable to predict whether or not you will be charged these fees, or to provide information on the specific fees that may be applied to your order. It is important to note that we are unable to alter the declared value of an order for customs purposes.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders fulfilled within the USA will arrive within 2-6 business days. If you select expedited shipping, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. The delivery time for your order will depend on several factors, including the shipping destination and the selected shipping method. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, but please note that delivery times may vary.
Upon completing your order, you’ll receive a tracking code so you can track your package as it makes its way to you. You can use this tracking code to check the status of your order, see the estimated delivery date, and get updates on its progress. In most cases, you will receive your tracking code via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.
