At Kindface, we're committed to providing you the highest quality products and your satisfaction if our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if you’ve ordered from the US. All returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees and non-refundable and we don’t cover return shipping fees.

Contact us at info@kindfacebeauty.com for easy refunds or exchanges. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days minus shipping fees.
